Knit & Natter

Join us on Wednesday and Friday 1pm to 3pm at our Knit and Natter group. It is a great way to meet new people and have a chat whilst working on your projects. Our knitting, sewing, crochet and craft groups are open to anyone who would like to come along with whatever they are working on and share hints and tips over a cuppa!
Seated Yoga

Dr Saru Singh teaches yoga here every Friday 11am to 12pm. Seated Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s done whilst seated or using a chair for balance. Whether yoga is done in a chair or on the mat, the practice still focuses on the same core principles: focusing on your breath, paying attention to your thoughts, and staying in the moment.
Tuesday Club

Runs weekly from 10:00am to 3:00pm during term time, this club is primarily for adults with learning disabilities, autism or individuals who have a cognitive impairment. The aim is for them to socialise with each other and maintain their sense of identity and self-worth in a caring environment where they can flourish.
Rainbow WI

If you fancy joining the Women's Institute the Rainbow WI meet here on the first Friday of every month 1pm to 3pm

African Drumming

Our African drumming workshop is led by Alex, he is a very skilled and experienced and talented drummer.
Our weekly drumming session takes place on Monday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. The cost is £5.00 per session - no need to book just turn up!
Stitch Kit Craft Workshops

Crafting is great for the mind, body and soul so a macrame class could be just what you need. Whether you decide to just give it a go or want to create something more detailed we have got the expertise to assist you along the way. Our workshops focus on the learners ability and when you've finished you are guaranteed to feel energised and ready to unleash your creative ability.
